Our Rabbit Hole Tea Room Afternoon tea experience is a delicious three-course delight served on a tiered stand. It’s a filling meal that is sure to satisfy even the most enthusiastic appetites!

The bottom tier is full of fresh, hearty sandwiches accompanied by a salad garnish, chutney & crisps.

The middle tier holds freshly baked warm scones with fruit preserves and clotted cream and our heavenly 3 tier cake.

The top tier overflows with delicious and decadent sweets and desserts guaranteed to leave a happy smile.

All prices listed are per person and general bookings are 1 hour & 45 minutes.

Although every care is taken please note that our kitchen environment handles all allergens.

Please inform us before you order if you have a food intolerance or allergy.

We are unable to facilitate any changes to our menu, this enables us to provide a consistent and efficient service within our cosy kitchen.

Card authentication is required to secure reservations.

When authenticating card details the customer is not charged. The amount is set at £10 per person, this does not include children under 12 years old.

We do not take card authentication for lunch bookings unless over 6 guests.

We request that a £10 per person deposit is required at point of booking for tables of 7 guests or more or if joining us for our themed or festive afternoon menu.

A payment request link will be sent to confirm the booking - if the link is not completed with 48 hours the link will expire.

The booking is not confirmed until the link is completed and a confirmation email is received.

Once a deposit payment has been completed, it is neither refundable, partially refundable or transferable to another date.

Card Authentication & Deposits are non refundable 3 days prior to the booking once the link is completed.

On occasion we offer special themed tea services. While we will always remain an Alice in Wonderland tea room, our food and desserts will be inspired from other great characters in literature or popular culture. Our prices may differ for the Afternoon Tea depending on the theme.

Afternoon Tea Gift Vouchers £26.95 per person are our set menu only ( Mad Hatter)

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase for Afternoon Tea from the Tea Room within our opening hours or online.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date on the front of the Gift Voucher and any requests to extend will not be granted by The Rabbit Hole Tea Room.

We request the gift voucher is booked in no later than 8 weeks before the expiry date to ensure we can accommodate within the 12 months.

With us being a small business, we can be booked in advance especially at weekends which is advised at time of purchase, we will try offer alternative dates if the date(s) requested are not available.

There will be tables available online that are not for gift vouchers and this is due to us having 10 tables and offering 50% daily for gift vouchers 50% daily for bookings | lunch & walk in. If bookings are made not via redeem a gift voucher the voucher will not be accepted on the day.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used for split dates, exchanged for cash or be used for anything other than what is noted on the Gift Voucher.

Afternoon tea gift vouchers can only be redeemed against what is noted on the voucher and will not be accepted for any themed events.

If you would like to redeem a gift voucher for a Festive afternoon tea an extra charge will be added to the bill - this is subject to availability and the price is set as per our costs.

Please note to redeem a gift voucher you must select redeem a gift voucher on our booking system and we reserve the right to not accept any Gift Vouchers that are not booked following the required Booking Conditions or if booked by any other option on our website.

The voucher will not be accepted on the day.

We are a very cosy Tea Room, please let us know in advance if you plan to visit us with a pushchair or wheelchair to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.
